Enabling Online Securities Quotes

I pulled the trigger just a bit too soon. I meant to mention that I am familiar
with the problem of F::Q not working if GC is run from an X11 menu option (or
even an Applescript, for that matter), and was careful to run it from an X11
command line (as had worked with 2.0.5).
