Just updated from 2.2.1 to 2.2.6 (on WIN XP).



Default settings of the accounting period are: from 01.08.2008 to 01.08.2008.



All adjustments I enter/or choose from the calendar are gone when the preferences

window is closed again.

Unfortunately, I believe you'll have to wait for 2.2.7 (hopefully released in the next two weeks) or go back to 2.2.5. See bug 545722: http://bugzilla..gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=545722
