sorry mate, i did not wanted to offend anybody. 

It is just a question about next release schedule. as i know software development lifecycle, it is not quick normally (fixes, integration, test, test, and some test, simply months or Qs). The only reason i would like to get an idea of available timeframe to complete the HU.po, which is very out of date and since version 2.0.0 till 2.2.7 became very inconsistent.
(if i find a good template for perl .t file i will be finally able to submit my HU.pm for Finance::Quote - it seams to be bug free. Unfortunately i am just a amateur perl hacker, so it take me longer than normal. With java it would be much easier for me)
