Need help with split(?) transaction

I'm very new to GnuCash and have a hard time understanding splits. Please
help me register the following transaction:

I want to remove 400.10 SEK from "Assets:Bank Account" and put 400 of those
in "Assets:Cash in Wallet". The remaining 0.10 SEK is a fee the bank charges
for moving money from my credit card, so I want that one registered under
"Expenses:Bank Fees".

I've tried to read the manual, but still don't quite understand. I'm not
even sure splits is the way to go with this transaction -- if you've got a
better idea please tell.
