Chart of accounts: wrongly imported to new file

The problem was solved in the IRC channel just a minute ago: I must 
admit that it was because of a corrupted chart of account (CoA) file.

I learnt that any CoA in the CoA-folder (relating to the language 
setting) is displayed in the list of available CoAs. This might ease the 
procedure if customized CoAs are used.
