How to modify the localization of GUNCash for Traditional Chinese?

Download the gnucash.pot file and the po/zh_CN.po or po/zh_TW.po and
work with the current translators Yang Yi <yang_yi_cn at yahoo.com> or
Kuang-che Wu <kcwu at csie.org> to update the translation.  Then
send the updated translation to gnucash-devel at gnucash.org mailing
list.
