Finance::Quote installation

Hi,
   
  I've started using GnuCash recently, and I'm stuck on Finance::Quote installation.
  I've searched the archives and couldn't find the same error. I need some help for this problem.
   
  I'm running Windows XP SP2.
  I installed GnuCash 2.2.5 successfully, and also installed ActivePerl 5.8.8 Build 822 (64bit).
   
  When I select "Install online price retrieval" in start manu, fail message was displayed in the comand window as below.

  * Install DateManip
