What I learned about "GoodWill" is it is an intangible asset of a
company.  It can essentially be described as the positive response
potential customers have towards the company and the company's brand
image.  Accountants compute goodwill as the difference between the
measurable assets of a company and the price that a buyer paid to
acquire that company.
