Account Report options

The Account Report is a printable version of the current Register.
Think of it as a "Print this register" and "print this transaction"
feature.  To change the report you must first change the register
configuration.  If you want to change the date of the report, change
the date of the register and re-run the report.  If you want to change
the set of transactions based on the reconciliation flag, change
the register then re-run the report.
