GnuCash for Windows formatting bug?

Hi John,

I don't have windows, nor do I use euros!  I too haven't heard of this, but I 
have a few thoughts, which may trigger a thought in others on the list:

I take it that you have "2 decimal places" set in Edit -> Preferences -> 
General?

Do you see anything similar with currencies in a spreadsheet program, or 
anywhere else in Windows - i.e. how is your locale set up?

do the reports in gnucash display the same error?
