only works as default language (login/logout) (was: gnucash in german and spanish)

there is no default defined for de, as there are different account hierarchy 
templates for AT, CH and DE.

LANG=es_ES LANGUAGE=de_DE gnucash works fine for me, to have spanish account 
templates and a german gui.

Because the open tabs are stored, if you end your session. As it is possible, 
to rename a report, it is not possible to translate the name you gave him.

P. S.: There are different places in the wiki at least in english and german, 
which try to explain this. If you think, it is quite not obvisous, please 
help to improve them.
