The standard checks are 3 to a page.  It shouldn't be too hard to develop a 
custom format as Michael says, particularly if you are printing the same data 
3 times.

It should be possible to configure fields in the checks to accept address 
data, but fetching the data may be another question.  As for importing an 
address list, I don't think that it can be imported separately.  Perhaps you 
can link it to the addresses in your client's creditor (vendor) database?  
That would mean having to save the address only once in the system, and avoid 
transcription errors, etc.  I don't use the business modules, but on a quick 
look, they don't seem to provide for writing a check from the invoice screen.  
That seems to be pretty advanced stuff, and is no criticism of Gnucash, 
considering how far it has come anyway.
