I was working with gnucash earlier today with no problem. Then I just tried
opening it again recently, and received an error and cannot get to my
financial data! I cannot live without this data!
Alright. Breathe. Some info.
I just recently upgraded to Ubuntu 9.10. Gnucash looks different now, but I
don't know if that's a result of the OS upgrade, or if Gnucash was upgraded
along with it. Anyway here's some commands run and their output:
~/Documents/gnucash$ gnucash -v
gnc.bin-Message: main: binreloc relocation support was disabled at configure
time.
GnuCash 2.2.9
Built 2009-09-14 from r17949M
jp at Macbuntu:~/Documents/gnucash$
When I try opening my file, I get an error window: Can't parse the URL
/home/jp/Documents/gnucash/JPandRobyn
Then if I try to open my file with --debug --extra, here's the terminal
output when the error pops up:
jp at Macbuntu:~/Documents/gnucash$ gnucash --debug --extra JPandRobyn
gnc.bin-Message: main: binreloc relocation support was disabled at configure
time.
Found Finance::Quote version 1.16

Has anyone seen this recently, or know what I can do to fix this?!? I really
need access to my financial data.
Thanks,
-JP
