BILL PAYMENT OPTION?

I understand that in most cases, GnuCash will download transactions from 
a bank's website and I have done that successfully.   My question is:  
Is there an option now that will enable one to UPLOAD payments to the 
bank through GnuCash without resorting to having to migrate to the 
bank's website to do so?  I was sure this group would know the answer to 
help me decide a few things about how I need to proceed.
