Hi Martin, thanks for your answer and time.
Could you or anyone else point me in the right direction of:

"So for now you will have to change the hardcoded "SWIFT-MT940" to 
"AMRO-MT940" and recompile GnuCash."

I really have no idea where to start with those actions, also i am using 
the windows exe so recompiling is then not possible i guess?
