Mac upgrade, "There was an error parsing the file ..."

That is what should happen, but remember at least two or three issues in the
last 6 -12 months where people were upgrading from old versions and were not
able to open there data files in the new version.  Once they removed the
scheduled tasks then it would open.

I think there's a bug report open for it, but I can't find it right now.
