Opening File

Thanks for trying to address my problem. I tried changing the
preferences and found the changes are saved. All data entered is saved
so nothing is lost. The only problem is that when I start GC it opens
to the old data file so that then I have to go open the new file. I
found that if I shut down GC and then reopen it without shutting down
the computer it then opens in the new file as expected but when I
hibernate the computer and then restart the computer and GC again it
opens to the old file. I did this several times to make sure it happens
each time. There is something that is not being saved on shutdown. Any
suggestions on how to fix this?
Mike
