Trouble Loading Finance::Quote

What I'm reporting is that, once Finance::Quote is installed, the Perl
scripts run during GnuCash launch, but don't update prices.  It has to be
done via menu selection.

If the Price Editor Get Quotes button retrieves quotes, then Finance::Quote
is indeed installed and working properly.

gnc-fq-update updates the Finance::Quote installation. It doesn't retrieve
any quotes.
