running on windows 7

I also have noted this error and can reproduce it by pinning the icon on the
task bar and then attempting to start gnucash from the task bar. I can get
Gnucash to start correctly from a desktop icon or from the start menu
Can only guess the win 7 gurus know how to fix that one.
