Obtaining Security Quotes

Make sure you are in the directory gnc-fq-dump is located in when you type
the command.
E.g. in Windows XP it's in C:\Program Files\gnucash\bin
So from an XP command prompt (Start > Run cmd <OK>) type cd\C:\Program
Files\gnucash\bin <Return> and then type 
perl gnc-fq-dump <Return>
