aqbanking again - seeing what happened after Get Accounts

I was trying to set up my American Express credit card account in aqbanking.  
When I pressed the Get Accounts button in the User Configuration / General 
window, I was asked for a password, which I provided.  I then got a window 
with some messages that flashed by too quickly to read, and then the window 
vanished -- so I had no idea what had happened.  Is there a way to retrieve 
whatever messages Gnucash was trying to send me?
