Are you a US resident?

You would do well to contact the Federal Bureau of Intelligence, your
state banking regulators, and the Federal banking regulators.  I'm not
sure but I think that would be the Federal Reserve.

Logging in to someone's online bank account repeatedly over a period
of two years ought to have whoever is responsible for that "feature"
over at Intuit spending some time behind bars while they avail
themselves of the prison library to brush up on their Sftware Quality
Assurance knowledge.

And yes, I am absolutely serious.

One more thing, and this is important:

See if you can find an attorney who will sue Intuit at his own expense
in return for a cut of your damage award.  I think the going rate is
40%.  Sue them not just for logging in to your bank account, but for
maintaining your account transactions in their database.

Such databases are surely backed up on a damn near continuous basis.
You therefore have a God-Given Right to have Intuit - at its own
expense - search through ALL OF THEIR BACKUP TAPES so they can
securely delete YOUR OWN PERSONAL account information.
