Bug 639082 - General Journal report reports an error

Hi,

There is a bug in the general journal report in the 2.4 series [1]. Perhaps 
this is what you run into as well ?

In that case there isn't much you can do right now to avoid it. Your work 
around of using an older GnuCash version on another machine is the best 
alternative until this bug is fixed.
