All Gnucash provides in the way of internationalization is translations. The sample charts of accounts are mostly generic, but to the extent that they match any particular country's practice, that country is the USA. You're not going to be able to learn Japanese accounting requirements from Gnucash, sorry.

You need to find a Japanese accountant with whom you can communicate effectively to guide you through properly setting up your business, including the necessary permits and registrations as well as setting up your CoA and timely paying taxes.
