Since Last Run-Value

Thanks Derrick

I do understand that part of the “Remind” to “Create” feature, and that is a good one. However, why is the value not showing up in the “Value” column of the “Since Last Run” listing?

Richard,

One parameter of scheduled transactions is how many days in advance to present a reminder. The SX will then be shown in the "since last run" dialog with a status/action of "Remind". You can then choose to change it from "Remind" to "Create" when you want to create it. Note that the date of the transaction is the date configured in the schedule, but it is an easy way to control when in advance it is created and to adjust the date then.

I have two (2) Questions:

1.       The listing for the "Since Last Run" shows three columns;
Transaction, Status and Value. I have looked but cannot find information on
the "Value" column. Am I doing something wrong here or how do I get the
value to appear for the various transactions?

2. My second question is how do I enter a transaction that has not yet
come due? Must I always have to go back to the Scheduled transaction form to
change the parameters so it will come due for me to enter that particular
transaction?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Richard
