Printing

I'm grasping at straws (seeing how I haven't used Gnucash in Windows in years), but is there any possibility that the print button would be greyed out if there were no valid printers defined in the system?

Morover, there is no "MS Word" export.  You can export to HTML, but I
honestly cannot think of any reason the print icon would be insensitive.
There is only one place I know it is shown but non-usable and that is on
a non-posted Invoice.  However ALL reports are printable and I've never
seen the icon greyed out on a report page.
