GNUCash Help - Charging Credit Cards

Sorry, none of that has anything to do with Gnucash. You'll have to establish a relationship with credit card processor and
perhaps a merchant bank to be able to take credit cards, and all of your questions depend on the terms of that (or those) 
relationship(s).
