Importing information from Quicken

Hi Colin,

Thanks for your advice. It, at least, helped me to think that there must be
some way to do it. I did find out how to export each account separately via
QIF and then to import to GNUCash. I just had to highlight an account in the
account drop down menu and then indicate in the file menu that I wanted to
export, etc. For now, I decided that I do not have enough time to decide if
GNUCash will work for me, since my 2010 Quicken downloading capabilities
expires on April 30th. So, I decided to upgrade to the 2013 version.
However, I may want to use GNUCash in the future.

Thanks again.

John

Obviously this is not the best place to ask for help in how to use
Quicken, but googling for
how to export multiple accounts qif quicken
leads to lots of hits, looking through a couple of these it appears
that on the QIF export dialog there should either be an Export All
Accounts checkbox or a Drop down list to select which accounts to
export.
