GNU Cash 2.4.13 Version "?" Problem

Hi,

I have been using GNU Cash 2.4.0 version, based on xml database for about 2
years.

Today (2013-08-09) I have downloaded and installed GNU Cash 2.4.13 stable
version for windows. I'm using windows 8 OS.

The GNU Cash 2.4.13 displays "?" in total field in main summary page when I
load xml data of 2.4.0 version. e.g. Current Asset --> "?? 13,246".

Why it happens? How to resolve this? Can you help me?
