Cash Sale Linked to customers ?

Because it was never implemented.  Patches always welcome.  :)

When I created the business features I did it for my consulting
business, which never had any cash sales.  At the time GnuE and GnuPOS
were still alive and kicking so the concept was more that cash sales
would use a POS system instead.
