Need help online settings OFX Regions Financial

I am new to Gnucash and am trying to free my business from Quickbooks.
Regions Bank has just changed to Regions Financial but seem to have same
URL.
Using Windows 7 

Bank settings:
Name - Regions
Broker ID - 
FID - 243
ORG - Regions.com
URL - http://securebank.regions.com/ofvpipeline/ofx.ofx
 
Get the following message:

I have also tried old URL of
http://ofx.morgankeegan.com/degasp?directtosore.asp with same results
Tried multiple Application Settings
Anyone have any suggestions?
