GNUCash PC transfer to/from GNUCash on Android

I wish to setup GNUCash on my Samsung Android unit.
I have downloaded GNUCash on the PC.
I have created a Chart of Accounts on the PC.
I have downloaded mobile GNUCash to the Android.****

I need to transfer my chart of accounts from the PC to the Android.****

After I enter transactions in the Android, I wish to transfer those
transactions to the PC.****

Q: How can I save a template of my account structure?****

A: This is available from the menu: File ? Export ? Export Accounts****

Please continue the explanation.  What file(s) are required to copy the
Chart of Accounts?****

What format must they be in to send to an Android for the GNU APP?****

What format is used to send transactions to the PC?****

Do I do the transfers (both ways) via the micro SD chip, or can I transfer
the file(s) via the usb cable?****
