Only if someone donates the code.  AFAIK nobody is currently working on
it nor has anyone offered to implement it.

Alas, it is harder to do that you would think because we would need to
add a widget that would perform a conversion from a user-accessible
account name into the internal (GUID) representation.

Understood.  It's also useful for prepayment of long-term liability
principal.
