Reports Problem

Michelle--

It seems clear from the comments on the bug that the problem appears to originate with Windows, and not Gnucash. And, while Gnucash is available for the Windows platform, the developer pool largely does not use Windows, so their ability to troubleshoot the problem--let alone fix it--is limited.

Glad you got it working, though.
David

Thanks, Mike. I'm using Windows XP SP3.

Setting IE as my default browser per the instructions at bugzilla did
indeed allow me to display reports in GnuCash. I then reset my default
browser to FireFox, reopened GnuCash, and was still able to display
reports even after restarting Windows. Problem solved. I wonder if
GnuCash developers are working on a permanent fix to this problem?

Thanks again.

Michelle
