Problem importing QIF from iBank

I have exported all of my data from iBank using the QIF format. However,
when I try to import it to GnuCash, I get the error:
Account budget amount: Unrecognized or inconsistent format.

I do not know what to check in order to correct the issue.  Any
information that would allow me to correct this issue is greatly
appreciated.
