Budget report: current assets - negative value

For the budget report, "Act" for an income account will show income and for an expense account will show expense. I *think* that for an asset account, it will show change in assets. So, it either means that total current assets increased by 59.37 or decreased by that amount. I don't know off-hand which it would be and am not at my home computer to check.
Normally, I don't include asset accounts in the budget report. It can be useful for a specific asset (e.g. savings) or liability (e.g. a loan) if you want to budget the money which increases the savings or decreases the loan balance.
