Hi Derek,
Unfortunately, we couldn't recover the file. So I'm updating a file that was saved under another name, and has data up to end of last month - so not too bad.
I think that's what I'll be doing from now onwards: saving under another name every month.
Anyway, thanks for your quick and kind support!
