That's weird. On my Windows XP the menu entry is there.
Start Menu -> GnuCash -> Install Online Price Quotes

I would expect this to be something like this on Windows 7 (which I don't have installed):
Start menu -> All Programs -> GnuCash -> Install Online Price Quotes

If this is not there on Windows 7, that should be reported as a bug.

That's a good workaround. In fact the only thing the menu entry "Install Online Price Quotes" 
does is call that command.

As I said, it should be there.

And let me add that the wiki is a community managed document. So instead of suggesting a 
modification, please go ahead yourself and make any change you feel necessary to make it 
easier for novices to get the job done. The only thing you need is to create an account.
