Hi David,

I followed that steps and yet the Cost Basis for FIFO isn't correct. Here is what I see.

  Bought
  50.00
   $18.00

   $900.00

  Bought
  50.00
   $17.00

   $850.00

  Sold
  50.00
   $16.00

  $800.00

  Shares
  Price
  Basis
  Value
  Money In
  Money Out
  Realized Gain
  Unrealized Gain
   Total Gain

   FIFO
   $50.00
   $12.00
   $50.00
   $600.00
   $1,750.00
   $800.00
   $(900.00)
   $550.00
   $(350.00)

   Average
   $50.00
   $12.00
   $875.00
   $600.00
   $1,750.00
   $800.00
   $75.00
   $(275.00)
   $(200.00)

Thx,
Dat
