GnuCash 2.4.14 Register Not Updating After Transaction Import

I just updated to GnuCash 2.4.14. After importing downloaded transactions in an OFX or QFX file, the new entries don't appear in the register unless I close and reopen it. Refreshing the view without closing the account window doesn't make them appear. Additionally, all the balances for the new transaction lines = $0.00.

Is there a fix for this, or do I need to go back to the previous version?
