Imported QIF file data from bank

The import account shows bank entries as Deposit/Withdrawal/Balance. When I
use Transfer to move to main Current Account (ie checking account) under
Current Assets then withdrawals migrate to the "Increase" column = adding to
the balance rather than debiting from it. I want the imported debits to move
into the decrease column. Is there a shortcut way to resolve this?
