Mutual Funds + OFX = Missing Transactions

Aqbanking doesn't know about stock/mutual fund purchases/sales. Instead, download your QFX data file from Vanguard's website and use libofx to import it into gnucash. Libofx is used by the File>Import>Import OFX/QFX... menu choice.
