Unless those banks support one of the homebanking protocols HBCI, EBICS
or OFX Direct Connect you won't be able to connect to those banks using
AqBanking.
Currently mainly German banks use an open and quite well documented API
for homebanking (HBCI or EBICS). Some French banks seem to be using a
variation of the German EBICS protocol and some Austrian banks support
OFX Direct Connect.
Most other (European) countries don't have a standard homebanking
protocol, so the banks you named might either have no homebanking
protocol at all or use something of their choice...
