Configuration AqBanking for Italian and Dutch bank accounts

Hi,
thank you very much for your answer, it is very clear.
How can I know which protocol there banks, I did not find info on 
internet, maybe I can ask via email to the customer service, if they can 
provide this kind of information.
If somebody of you has other idea, is fullheartedly welcome.
