Auto fill Transfer field when using csv

In Edit -> Preferences turn on Bayesian matching, then
**During** the import, assign the transfer account.

GnuCash will learn from these assignments and use them going forward.

If you wait to assign the accounts until after the import then it's too
late and GnuCash cannot learn.
