Cannot save settings/preferences

If you have correctly installed Gnucash in Win7 the configuration files
should be under your /username/\.gconf\apps\gnucash.    If you do not
have full read and write privileges to that directory you may need to
uninstall and re-install GnuCash.

There have been some changes to this file structure in the 2.6 series,
but I think that is the correct location for the 2.4 series.
