csv import no longer working with 2.6.2

With version 2.4.13 I can import transactions from the csv files my bank
provides.

With 2.6.2, the import of transactions doesn't work.  The interface looks
different, and more user-friendly, so I'm guessing it was rewritten.  The
main symptom is that it apparently doesn't see any of the transactions as
valid.

Current platform for 2.4.13:  OpenSuSE Linux 13.1 64-bit

Current platform for 2.6.2:  Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
