Example Data Billing Terms + Tax Tables

Both of these items are going to be dependent on the corporation and
locale.  For Billing Terms I suspect people more likely use Net-30 or
Net-14 terms.

For the tax tables, that's even more locale-specific so there's no way
to specify exactly what will go in there generally.
