Cannot edit accounts

I haven't used any Windows version so this is just a guess -- do you
sometimes have more than one screen on your system? Could the Edit Account
window be appearing "off the main screen" where the other screen might
sometimes be? Try attaching the second screen and trying again.

The window position and other preferences are stored in a separate file
that is probably preserved when you delete and reinstall the application.
You could potentially move or delete the preferences file if you think that
might be the issue. (Note the preferences also contain your last-used file
entries as well as saved custom report configurations.)
