Translation of tax forms

OK, I'm assuming you don't want to use dropbox, so I attached the .po
file. If it gets stripped, please let me know where to send it.

I don't nothing about github. Is there a site to learn from?

If TXF is complicated, I'll just start with the documentation., no
problem.

Push your translation changes to the github fork and make a pull request.
